Description

This section of sidewalk is completely flooded and impassable. Additionally the road patch at this same point has sunken and is collecting water such that as each car passes it sprays up on to sidewalk and sometimes well in to private lawn. This all makes for a horrible pedestrian experience on a busy sidewalk.
