Massive section of damaged concrete in the southbound lanes of Eastern Avenue near NE 11th Street. Numerous asphalt patch jobs have not held up and this section of the roadway is damaging the large volume of traffic the area receives. An actual replacement of the concrete section is needed. Asphalt cover ups are not going to work and citizens are paying the price
