Wanted to include correspondence dating back to May with no update or response from COV or Public works.
Dan Keene and David Kleinschmidt are principal characters at the city who have been contacted with no response.
Hi Dan and David,
I haven't received a response to this email since I sent it in May and wanted to make sure you and your teams at City of Vallejo are living up to this statement for my customer experience:
The people who work for the City of Vallejo do their best to respond effectively to community needs. We are dedicated to excellent customer service, openness and transparency in our activities and pro-active problem solving. - See more at: http://www.ci.vallejo.ca.us/city_hall/departments___divisions/city_manager/bi-_weekly_reports#sthash.HIkgFB0W.dp

I can say that for the most part my interactions with the City live up to this; however, on this particular inquiry and request for action seems to fall short of your stated goals above. Will you please respond?
Thank you.

Hi David,
I hope all is going well for you at the City of Vallejo and you are
liking the position of Director. I wanted to take some time to send you
a note about our street condition here on the 200 block. I am concerned
that it continues to deteriorate.
I understand there is a priority list established based on a point
system and we requested to get prioritized and I have not heard the
results of the inspection. We have some serious pavement and curb
issues that need attention and at the very least maintenance.
I have lived here since 2003 and there has been no pavement maintenance
on this block other than sweeping (12 years). In addition, Hillside
street behind my property is beginning to shift and the pavement is
crumbling.
Any chance we could have some sort of maintenance or re-paving in the
near future for our block and Hillside? If not, what's the time line
for pavement repairs for our block?
Thank you.
