Description
The temperature at the Frank Dunn pool is always too cold. Children, especially young children can barely stand to take swimming lessons there as their lips are turning blue by the end of the lesson. Someone needs to take responsibility and fix this situation.

Just sayin' is right. We would never think of turning up the heat at the hockey rink. There is a reason for everything. The people that use the pool for fitness reason NEED the lower temperature.

I do not know, but you have to consider whether or not the pool needs to be kept at a certain temperature for the pumps to work, the chemical levels to be safe, the filter and etc to be maintained. Think of it from every angle guys.
