Granger bin and City Recycling bin still left at curb 24/7. Drive is full of junk -- buckets, etc. Additionally, more people on the block are leaving garbage bins out full time as well now. This is EXACTLY what we didn't want to see -- bin, bins, and more bins. This is not a trailer park. Make these people obey the rgulation.
