5 1/2 weeks and still the same. Also curious....what exactly is "our Customer Response in the field"? Is this a city employee or someone who volunteers to go around checking?

Bremerton Guy, yes he is a City Employee. When a call or report comes in, he is dispatched out first and then notifies the correct department. I have e-mailed the Supervisor of the Streets Department to get an update on this issue.
