Description

Both 278 and 170 are a disgrace. The litter problem is a total shame with no end in sight. Both left/right and center medians are littered with all types of trash. Recent grass cutting just highlighyts how bad the litter problem is at these locations.

This is miles and miloes of litter in a pristine and scenic area for all visitors to see. Picking up trash 1 every couple of months is not working. Mowing over grass and trash does not work. These areas need to be cleaned twice a month...yes twice a month because the litter problem is not being addressed.
