Description

Street light still burned out despite city reporting that the light was changed! Light will come on and stay on for a few minutes and then go off. Then it slowly comes back on again increasing in intensity and then goes off. This cycle goes on the whole time this light is supposed to be on! City reported that the light was changed out and the issue was closed. Still the problem persists. Please come out and investigate and resolve problem.
