It should be noted that collection with me on this street however there is still trash in my trash container and the trash came was left down the street it still have watermelon rinds in it that's going to leave the maggots

It should be noted that the collection was made on this street, however the cans were not emptied entirely, watermelon rind were left in my canister which create maggots I have had to get my trash cans from other sections of the alley, on every trash collection day , this is unacceptable. I have made various complaints but to no avail. Therefore, I AM requesting that someone to address this issue. Also please note it will be discussed at the citizens meeting with the Mayor in this neighborhood
