Description

The light patter for this traffic light has been changed so now instead of staying green on summer street and red for the exit of st. Vincent. So now there is a constant backlog of cars on Summer Street waiting for the light to change even when there's no cars leaving St. Vincent. This problem has been going on for quite some time now and still has not been fixed even though it said issue was resolved. I've seen numerous cars go through this light even with it being red including cop cars. Usually after they had waited for the light to change which takes at least a few minutes.
