Description

The thrift store at this location has cars parked in the curb red zone. The main problem occurred in the afternoon when traffic increases. Curb side parking is not possible because room is needed for the left hand turn lane at Tennessee & Broadway. When cars violate the red zone they are obstructing the # 2 lane of South bound traffic.
