right next to 4324 if the "lovely" property addressed 612 44th street, maybe the two property owners are hoping to create a prairie grass look, but I doubt it, just too lazy to mow, tall grass getting worse looking by the day. mowers should be aware of lots of junk and paper to plow through also.
