Description

For at least 3 years he did not cut any of his lawn until a foot high. The City got involved so the front lawn is cut when it hits a foot but the back yard has weeds that grow over his privacy fenced yard. We still see it and have to deal with rodents/mice, really! The mail box post is stuck in a concrete block and last but not least he does not have trash service. There are no cans to be seen and trash is in the backyard and/or the side of the house. How is it he isn't required to have service? And I could go on.....
