Description

I have two previous separate reports of orphaned AAH bags, with updates, and they are still sitting by the roadsides. It's been at least three weeks, because the bags are faded and are beginning to split. If people take the time to pick up litter through AAH, someone needs to get these. Should I report these to DOT instead? Or I may just stop and throw them in my trunk. 😊 Thanks.
