Description

I am concerned regarding the animal welfare of the small dog at the corner lot of SW 43rd St and Broadway in Apple Landing. The dog spends the entire day outside and continuously shreiking and barking non stop. Many of us have pets in the area who seem to act accordingly. The family at 708 SW 43rd St at the corner lot are not treating their pets in a healthy manner. I am especially bothered as I work from home and can not go a day without being disturbed from this one particular pet.
