This has still not been handled, when is something going to be done?

Update from Community Services: the address provided, 700 1st Ave S, is an active construction site and no longer has any trees or sidewalk encroachment. Please post the address of the property where this issue can be found, or provide a more detailed location description, so that we can send an investigator to the correct location. Thank you.
