Sqauters. Police have already towed away all stolen cars. Dog alone in house for several days. Back yard is un-kept, grass & weeds at least 2 feet high. Invasive bamboo growing over other into other yards, into electric & telephone lines, breaking fence. Yard all weeds.

There are two active Code cases against this property (as of today's date).
Case #15100084 is a LOT case & Code Ofc Dane Hinkle requested Work Order #112626 on 11/10/15 to cut the grass, remove the debris & board up the front door. Public Services will be completing this work order but we do not have an exact date on when they will do this.
Case #15110014 is scheduled for the December 17th Magistrate hearing. If the property is not brought up to code by the hearing date, the Magistrate will order a date of compliance & then fines will begin to run against the property & we will place liens against the property.
