Hasn't been scrapped but once since last comment. Being paved would be a blessing!

Instead of spending money to repave roads lets pave some dirt roads that never get scrapped. Like Schrimshaw Rd . In Batesburg. I will not vote yes for an increase to pave roads that don't need it!
