Human excrement, spoiled food and general trash in pedestrian underpass on Harwood Street near Kelly Avenue, Dallas 75215.

The underpass was cleaned but is filthy again. Children have to walk through this underpass to get to school. It needs to be cleaned on a weekly or even daily basis.

Absolutely impassable. Trash is worse than ever. City of Dallas please clean this underpass - you will need hazmat protection. Once it is clean, please monitor it and establish a cleaning schedule that prevents this filth from accumulating.
