This might seem strange but I wanted to share it anyway. We have season Michigan football tickets and observed something weird before the Rutgers game. We where walking south on State st just past Packard and there was a man around 40's in a Dearborn van taking videos looking north on State street where there are so many people walking to the game. It's probably nothing but had been bothering me and I wanted to pass it on.
