This has been an ongoing issue for 3 years now. The cops have been called for the residence at 5017 delbrook Ave Lansing MI 48910 his name is James ruffrouth he stays with his mom dawn (not sure of her last name). 2 years ago the cops where called on a daily basis and it got so bad the cops issued a warrant for James and also dawns arrest. The big issue is I can hear his music in every single room of my house my 3 year old gets woken up from her naps, my 7 and 8 year old can not concentrate on there homework and they get woken up in the middle of the night. James has given me his cell phone number to let him know when it's to loud but the problem is, is he's an achoolic and when he gets intoxicated he doesn't listen to anybody,there has been many complaints on him being intoxicated screaming up and down the road, something needs to be done we as a neighborhood should not have to live with a problem person like that
