No light on public path leading up from Grand Ave. to Valle Vista Ave. The image in this picture was lit by the auto-flash on my camera. Without the flash you cannot see more than 5 feet in front of you. This is a public thoroughfare that needs to be lit to ensure safety.

I am requesting new street lamps to illuminate the walkway. There are currently no lights on the walkway and it is impossible to see where you're going.
Having no lights on this public walkway creates a risk for trip and fall accidents and increased criminal activity at night.
