Description
The occupant of the home uses a lawn service to mow and rake the Brook Trout Court side of his property. However, he has made no arrangements for bagging the piles of raked leaves or resizing tree limbs for pickup afterwards. As a result, this pile has grown huge since October, and now spreads out across the curb into the street. If vehicles are parked at the curb across the street from the pile, which they usually are, it becomes a precarious one-lane passage for passing vehicles. The home owner has made no attempt to deal with the problem, and those of us who live on Brook Trout Court are very frustrated.
