Description

On the fire road that connects Bay Forest Drive to Tunnel Road, there are 2 places now where the water gushes and washes a bunch of dirt and rocks down the hill. This has been reported before and was said to have been fixed, but it's still gushing water and rocks and mud. A private person keeps trying to clean it up, but with each new rain there is more!
