Ashley, I submitted a pothole report on 1-18 and it has not been acknowledge on this website. The City Manager told me that they were no longer using this website. You can submit street maintenance/pothole request on the City of Moore website where you pay your water bill.
All issues or needs associated with the streets within the city limits are handled by the City of Moore Public Works-Street Maintenance. If you need to contact them their number is 793-5191.
Kschu414, you stated the City Manage stated that the city of Moore is no longer using this website of SCF? If that so, then I would expect a comment from the Action Center of Moore and Others. If it is truly confirmed, I will have no need to report issues via the SCF website.
Racer99 - that's what Steve Eddy told me via e-mail when I e-mailed him to complain that my complaint on here of a pothold hadn't been acknowledged in over 30 days when others were. There is no longer a link to SCF on the City website and there used to be. I too thought that someone from the City, or there should be some word from the city that they were no longer using this site.
kschu414, thanks for the quick reply. Maybe [DJ], of the Action Center @ city of Moore, will make some kind of statement on here. I thought this was a very useful tool for citizens to report issues. Guess I was wrong? Hopefully someone within the Moore Gov't will chime in here?
KSCHU414, We have GREAT NEWS on the SCF Program from the City of Moore.
I contacted Ward 3 (My Council Person), Terry Cavnar about what you had stated. He did a follow-up on this, as he supported the SCF program as well. It's a great tool for reporting issues. Mr. Cavnar stated that IT WILL BE back on the Moore Website in a few days. He stated that Management didn't realize how much SCF was being used. So it WILL be back in a few days on the Moore's Website. I thank you for bringing this out. Have a Great Day!
Racer99 - I did think Mr. Eddy meant it was just as to street maintenance as everything else that was being reported was being acknowledged, just the street maintenance items were being ignored.
That's great the SCF will be back. It is a great tool! Thanks so much for your help in getting this back!
In your Street Maintenance Description you commented: WHEN EXITING THE NEIGHBORHOOD ON ROBINSON TURNING EAST TOWARDS SANTA FE. -- which neighborhood are you speaking of? They will need that specific location/neighborhood that you are coming out of. Have you spoken with anyone in our Street Maint. Dept. at all regarding this issue? If you are unable to make contact with anyone, you are welcome to call me. my direct line is 793-5018.....together we will get this resolved. Deb
I don't know, but I believe from where she marked it on the map, she is talking about the Eastlake Greenbriar edition and she is talking about Robinson and 12th Street. I think her street maintenance request is for the same location as my pothole request (below).
I have just spoken with Street Maint. I reported that there is a pothole WHEN EXITING THE NEIGHBORHOOD ON ROBINSON TURNING EAST TOWARDS SANTA FE. It is on the schedule for Silver Star Construction. (dj)
