Public Works is trying to determine whether the contractor dumped it there.

From the Code Officer for the area,"After inspection and contact with public works it has been determined that this pile is from the new circle drive that was installed by the mail boxes on this private property. This debris is not from the road construction of Bird Pond. With this being a rural area this is not a violation."
