New people have moved in to this house which they are renting. They have four dogs. 2 of the dogs are American Bulldogs which they leave crated on there patio all day. They also have a 48 inch crated they put behind there house that both dogs share. All day from 8 am to 5 these dogs bark non stop. The woman who stays at home all day doesn't except use these dogs, she leaves them in dogs crates all day. When she does let them out of the crates they poop on concret on the opposite side of her house from her patio. She leaves the pop piled up for about a week. She has 2 dogs that stay inside one is a pitbull and the other one is a small dog under 20 pounds. I have in a 3 bedroom house. I sleep on my days off which makes it nearly impossible. I've had to move from my master bedroom to my other bedroom away from the dogs barking. Please help I've contacted animal control about all these dogs being confined . They have no records of any dogs at that house. They have moved in about 3 months ago this is why no records of dogs behind there. Please help
