Description

Mutiple vehicles illegally parked that are blocking driveways in the alley bordered by 17th St SE, 18th ST SE, Independence Ave SE and Bay ST SE. All of these vehicles belong to the construction crew working in the back of the house at 1717 Independence Ave SE. This is a DAILY occurrence and these cars are NEVER ticketed even have thete are no parking signs throughout the alley.
