The Code Officer for the area found no violations at the time of inspection.

Would it be possible to have a Code Officer revisit this issue or Traffic Enforcement? I was at friend's place last night and saw several vehicles facing the wrong way. Also on several occasions on Richards Street (very west end of the street on the north side) there is a paved area suitable for one vehicle. However, I often see a gray or black truck parked off the cement area just ahead parking in the grass when there is no need at all. This particular issue, I see from time to time early in the morning (between 8-9 am) when I pick up my friend to go to work.
