Description
There are more and more motorists who are (primarily coming out of the ice arena) driving the wrong way down Homer Jones. I have seen some close calls at the intersection of Schley, Lower Wheaton and Homer Jones as a result.
The signs are hardly visible to motorists up the road. I would suggest some "do not enter" signs at the ice arena's intersections on Homer Jones, and elsewhere along the street.
Also, there is no speed limit sign on Schley Boulevard, anywhere in its straight stretch between Magnuson and Homer Jones.
Thank you for your help as always!

I have attached a photo for you to see. If I am a driver exiting the ice arena, how exactly am I going to see a faded sign that's falling over?
Given all the out of towners that come to the ice arena for events, it's only a matter of time before someone turns down the wrong way and t-bones a car at the base the hill (Lower Wheaton/Homer Jones/Schley Boulevard.
I am also getting video each time I see someone going the wrong way.

This isn't working. Just saw another near t-bone crash at the base of Schley and Homer Jones near Wheaton. Someone needs to simply place upright and better highlight the existing sign coming out of the ice arena (see my photo) at a minimum before someone gets hurt.
The police can't correct this problem-- we are dealing mostly with out of towers coming to the ice arena. Education and enforcement won't help if they're a hockey family from Kamloops.
We need better signage.

Thank you for your recent comment, we have added it to our existing work order and requested feedback from our Engineering Dept. I will keep you informed. (Ref. #146743)
