Yes, I have seen the same camper around St. Vincent Ferrer School and Church. The police said they can park up to 72 hours, but if they are living in the camper I think there should be stricter enforcement. Especially around children.

Clearly "Parking" and "Camping" don't mean the same thing. If the police don't appreciate the difference, and the campers can "park/camp" at one location for 3 days, exactly how many feet are they required to move between one three day "park/camp", and the next? If all they need to do is to keep moving from one block to the next in order to skirt the law -- which is what they seem to be doing -- then we need a new law.
