(re-posted) May not be exact address--SW corner of 11th Ave N and Jackson St N. Builder is using this lot as a dump for leftovers from construction project across the street that ended months ago and is unresponsive complaints to correct the problem. Includes fill, junk re-bar, pipe, and old permit boxes. Erosion barriers are down, lot is overgrown with weeds, and demolition equipment broke sidewalk creating a trip hazard.
