10 minutes of strong rain will flood this intersection. I've seen the water as high as the bottom of the white picket fence. This has been an ongoing problem for over 10 years and is the only intersection on 2nd Street that floods no matter what the river level is I've called and complained many times to Public Works and the street department no action has been taken
