it appears as to what I have been told by my neighbors that while I was at work AT&T has shown up in my private gated complex and spray painted all my lawn for excavation. there was no warning, advise, or notification. Now I just recently was having a lot of water and rain flood the front of my doorway and I sent to pitch the grounds and fixed up the front patio and have been working dliligently on getting the grass just right and now I have graffiti markings all over the front yard and on my sidewalk - this is private property how dare anyone come in and mark up my house without question or regard ...? I would hope that Pembroke Pines as a city take immediate action.
