Spoke with Ricky two wks ago about serious visual impairment from shrubs on Osceola Road surrounding the Verizon and other Utilities. They are too high and have grown out into the road, so moving north on Pinellas St to stop, you cannot see autos approaching from Osceola Rd moving east. I have seen two near miss accidents there in the past two months. This is City property. Happy to trim them myself if City cannot do it. Phil Beauchamp
