This is really a Park issue, the pond (Bicknell Pond) at the south end of Country Side South/Summerside is flooding the pathway to the point it is cutting off access to the walkway for people. Water is spilling over onto the paved walkway and getting bigger EVERY day. Someone is going to have to unblock the beaver dam to drain the water down. The dam could be in the lake or more likely it is down the canal that the lake drains into and somewhere east of the lake will be the beaver dam causing this issue. That is where it has been in the past. I am surprised the grass cutters haven't mentioned this as they would have seen this happening when they are cutting the grass there
