It appears that the picture was taken after going through the stop sign at Brooks headed west on Lewis Farm. There is not another stop sign in this direction for another four blocks (at Dixie Trail). The vegetation pictured does intrude into vehicle the street and vehicles will brush against it, but it is not blocking view of a stop sign.

Th picture was taken coming east on Lewis Farm Rd. from Duplin Rd. toward Brooks Ave. . You can't see the stop sign at Brooks until you are almost at the intersection. This is very dangerous for a four-way stop, especially for drivers who are not familiar with the area.

A letter has been sent to the property owner to remove the obstruction.
