Vista Sorrento Pkwy s/b at Mira Sorrento. S/b ALWAYS turns green even when there are no cars traveling s/b. Happens at all hours of the day and night. Causes delays for traffic entering the freeway from Vista Sorrento Pkwy n/b and Mira Sorrento Pkwy w/b
