Got tired of waiting called city, said they'de get to it week and weeks ago. Also said they DONT USE SeeClickFix, so I uninstalled the App. The website says THEY DO use it, person on phone said they DONT. Who do I believe?

Probably person on phone as they are local I always call mine in and pretty much most of the ones I see on here too
