J. Barker investigated 8/29/16. I could not locate a drainage easement for this area. I spoke with the customer by phone, who will check her records. The customer reported that the drain lid came off during the storm and water ran over the hill causing the slope failure. No work to be done at this time.
J. Barker update 8/30/16, this is a County storm drain easement, the County will stabilize the area with topsoil and pin down a protective mat over the area until the grass can take root.
Spoke with the customer, we will need to utilize the left hand side of the property to access the eroded area to be repaired as the right side, where the easement allows us access in, has planted trees. Per customer okay to use opposite side. J. Barker 8/30/16.
added fill and topsoil seed and straw
