I noticed this again this morning. I was driving west on 13th, turning south onto 2nd. The countdown on the left (southwest corner, visible when approaching from the east) was in the mid-60s and the countdown on the right (northwest corner, visible when approaching from the east) was in the mid-30s when the light changed from green to yellow, at which point they both stopped counting/flashing switched to the solid red hand.

Attached is a photo I took a few days ago. When the countdown hit 64, it skipped to 0.
