We live at 803 35th Ave N (visible in the picure above) and also filed a compliant about mosquitos last week AND in June as part of a Codes Compliance complaint - mumber 261925. On June 22, I wrote to you about 774 36th Ave N, the "Doc Webb" house (specifically - 774 36th Avenue North. Allendale Terrace. Lots 11, 12, 13, 14). As you can see from the picture included with the e-mail sent out, the GREEN unused pool in the picture is a breeding hotspot!!! That pool is the cause of the local mosquito issues. Mosquitos do not travel far from where their eggs hatch. The entire house is in disrepair, there are numerous code violations - vegetation, school bus parked on site, umkempt, overgrown and rotting structures. PLEASE address ALL the issues at this property ASAP. Please addresss it for the general health and welfare of the rest of the tax paying and conscientious neighbors who are suffering.
