Description

The San Jose south bound left turn signal onto Claire lane is not timed correctly. It stays green much longer than usual causing traffic back ups on Claire lane and San Jose Blvd north bound lanes. At 6:00am, it is usually set to trip the turn lane to Claire lane only if there are vehicles in the lane. However for the past couple of days, it turns green and stays green for at least 3 minutes even though no traffic is in the lane. Please check for resetting the timing. Thank you!
