The PD replied:
We do not regulate or enforce radio licenses. If the complaintant will call Dispatch 793-5171 when he hears a noise disturbance we will respond accordingly. Thanks

You may have to contact the FCC on this issue? Just a thought!

I deeply regret reporting the issue to the address mentioned above. I can only apologize to 1039 resident as I later the next day walked down the street all the way to Janeway and found the loud noise is likely one of the high school ball games being announced. this comes down the road at the exact same decibel despite where you are. it only seems to be in the two story rear of the house it is not. although it is far from this, it sounds the same wherever it is. I accept this if it is a highschool ball game with announcers at the stadium. I appoligize and will look into the next report I make far more closely thanks! I will point out that there is radio noise in the electric lines at my home, but this is not related to the ball game announcers, only a moore issue have brought up before I do not now where it comes from. It seems to be the radio station south of my house, but I am not certain. it has been a problem since 2009. Another neighbor of my Dad's once lived in Moore had the same problem in his home here at the time he lived here. seems to be in this area of Moore. racer99, I will contact FCC if it continues.

I used to get noise in the lines all the time when KOMA was pushing 50,000 watts. However, I no longer have any issues now for many years. Thanks for responding to you fix.
