Description
Have already reported that the crosswalks paint has faded out on both Clark over Oberlin (Faire Restaurant to apts next to Tupelo Honey) and over Clark (Faire Restaurant to concrete median for right turn lane for traffic turning onto Clark from Oberlin).Click & Fix said the city will get to it later. Very dangerous intersection for pedestrians and cyclists. Please consider adding one of the white regulatory signs which reads, "Turning Traffic Must Yield to Pedestrians."

Slight edit here:
Were a pedestrian who had been injured to file a lawsuit against the City of Raleigh for negligence in how the crosswalk was maintained, I doubt that the court would care about temperature requirements for permanent paint (ie, "thermoplastic"). No doubt there are temporary paints or tints which can be used until the temperature is ideal for placement of permanent paint (ie, "thermoplastic"). Perhaps Engineering should forward these comments to the office of the city attorney.
Short addition:
Also, there are often more than two parties with standing in a negligence action, which can at times appropriately include a party's failure to maintain certain locales or features.
