Description

This may be a Park and Rec issue, but the City Crews are out and about doing chores. I would like to see them doing Buckthorn removal in and around Brighton Beach. It is a thankless task because the birds eat the berries and replant. However, if the men did a little brush clearing of the buckthorn bushes in November when their green leaves make them stand out, we could have nicer landscaping. Ditto for Indian Point.
