Thank you for reporting this issue. The Officer for this area will investigate the address. Please know in order for this to be a violation there needs to be a considerable amount of trash/debris in the yard. An Officer also must observe the violation as it sits, so if the debris is removed before an officer can investigate, we are unable to begin a violation case. If there is a violation, we will make contact with the occupants and inform them of their rules and regulations regarding debris in the yard. Updates will be posted here.

Came home tonight to find some of the trash had blown into the street and into my yard.

The Code Officer called the agent and asked that a maintenance person go by and bag any loose items; will follow up.

Everything is cleaned up and the new residents have moved in, I don't think this address will be a problem anymore.
