Description
This location leaves its dumpster open and unlocked. This allows the homeless to dig in the garbage causing litter to blow out and around the neighborhood of Lang Court. This is not only a nuisance to constantly pick up trash, but it detracts from our neighborhood that we are desperately trying to improve.
