Vehicle is parked in the unit block Quincy pl ne every day all day during work hours violating the 2 hour zone parking restrictions for this neighborhood the vehicle does not display a zone 5 sticker nor a visitor parking pass for this neighborhood please send parking enforcement officer to ticket thank you
