Description

There's a pothole in front of 1450 Excelsior which has suddenly formed. Cars bottom out when passing over it.

This street is a bike route, but the bike is particularly bad for cars.

This ticket has been closed by the city of Oakland twice, though no work has been done on it.

Unfortunately, the previous report has been archived and cannot be reopened.
